Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

The hotel features a lovely pool area. I found both Thai and western dishes at reasonable prices on the pool and room service menu. The breakfast buffet had a broad selection in a relaxed setting.

The hotel lacks direct beach access, so I couldn't walk to the ocean.

The Italian restaurant has an excellent view. I noticed the chef made excellent Italian food with a Thai twist. The chef created balanced cuisine even for foreigners that asked for less spicy.

wonderful and attentive experience

lush hotel free water

the resort featured a beautifully lush hotel. it reminded me of a haven of calm away from the busy surroundings. i appreciated the little extras, like free cool water bottles by the pools. popsicles were also handed out from time to time!

The location felt isolated from tourist spots. It was not walkable to entertainment areas. using the hotel shuttle was necessary during peak times though taxi rides cost 200 baht to walking street. a closer location would improve convenience.

The breakfast featured a wide selection. The variety catered to many tastes. the very good service made dining quite enjoyable, with comfortable surroundings and excellent presentation. i found many delicious options.

The staff demonstrated really good attentiveness. They remembered the tiniest details. this included preferred tables and drinks. personalized service was consistently provided to all guests. the team showed a very good service mind.

The pool area was lovely. Poolside service met all expectations. the hotel offered free ten-minute complementary massages from time to time! the gym features modern equipment for those who wish to exercise.

attentive staff lush setting musty smell expensive price

the service was very attentive. the staff worked hard to ensure everyone was taken care of. i especially enjoyed the lush setting near the water. three nice pools are available and a sandy area exists by the water.

The room had a smell. the price seemed expensive for the stay. It was not value for money. i would not return because of this.
